Our Mission

  Peninsula High School Parents Club is dedicated to shaping our student's lives by encouraging smart growth and optimal change throughout our campus. We work toward providing support & funding to all aspects benefiting our students. We strive to maintain an open door policy with all meetings, activities and fundraisers. All parents/guardians with a student at PHS are considered members. We engage in transparency and would love for you to participate in our organization.

President's Statement

  The BOD met on the evening of Sept. 16 and the following actions were taken. Heather Huffer formally resigned her position as Treasurer due to a relocation that she and her family have committed to. We wish her the very best and thank her for her dedicated effort over past years serving our organization and those who benefit from it. The BOD has subsequently appointed Carol Bruneau to the position and she will serve as Treasurer, filling the remainder of the vacated tenure. Welcome aboard Carol!
  The BOD will be completing the process to procure a gambling license on behalf of the organization and would like to thank Anne Bunker for her efforts to organize information and provide it to the Board.
  Our fall general meeting is tentatively set for Monday, Oct 14, 2019 at The Float in Purdy. Please mark your calendars. We will be presenting the adopted budget for the coming fiscal year at that meeting.

  Thanks to those of you who attended our Spring General Meeting. It was a success and some great information was shared by those in attendance. We are happy to have elected Jasmine Myers as our new member on the Board of Directors effective July 1st. She will be filling the position soon to be vacated by Stacy Kilcup, whose tenure expires on June 30th. We are also seeking to appoint a replacement for our Treasurer, Heather Huffer, who will be resigning her position due to relocation later this year. If you are interested in the position of treasurer, please reach out to us. Heather's tenure runs through June 30, 2020. Unified Sports was also introduced at the meeting. This new program to PHS is about to get underway. More information about Unified Sports will be provided soon! Look for meeting minutes to be posted on our website soon. We also with to thank Patrick Furman, owner of The Float for his continued generosity in support of PHS programs, staff, students and our club!

  Our spring 2019 general membership meeting will be held Monday, May 6th 2019 at The Float in Purdy, WA. We will start promptly at 6:30PM. Please arrive early and be seated. Discounted beverages will be available, along with food from the full menu
